Room Pricing Includes:
Set up and take down of all tables, chairs, buffet, lounge, and bar area. Consultation, meeting, and configuration for the day of the event. Our wedding prices are designed to make the most out of your budget. We want to hold your hand so when you're ready for the big day at least you'll know your wedding venue will go off without a hitch.
In-House Catering:
Included in our house catering and bar services are glassware, silverware and china. We have on site a state-of-the-art kitchen with one seasoned personal chef that can accommodate your individual needs and requests. We have both a year-round and seasonal menu that appeal to a variety of tastes.
Bar Accommodations:
The Waters Edge also features an elegant, 20 foot long mahogany bar with several different hosting options.
Host Bar:
This option allows for you to cover the cost of all alcoholic beverages for either a specific time period or throughout the entire duration of the event. You may structure the time however you choose.
Partial Host Bar:
This is the most popular option as it allows for you to cover the cost of only specific, pre-selected alcoholic beverages.
No-Host Bar (Cash Bar):
House alcoholic beverages are available to your guests at their own expense.

Parking: We have ample parking available at no additional cost.
Restrooms: Our venue features recently renovated restrooms with separate men's and women's facilities, marble countertops, covered stalls and a small changing area.
ADA Compliance: The Waters Edge venue adheres with complete accessibility to all areas of the venue, with emphasis on the restroom accommodations.
Hotels: Guests of The Waters Edge can enjoy block discounts available at nearby hotel 1/2 blocks away and shuttle services to and from the airport.
