In order to secure the space, The Waters Edge Event Center requires a signed contract and a deposit of 100% of the facility fee.
Your rental fee includes rental of facility, the outside waterfront patio, round dining tables, cushioned chairs and setup and take down.
Because our maintenance crew cleans and sets up the day of for each event, access to the venue is granted by 1 pm under most circumstances.
Yes. you are welcome to bring in décor. We love to see the creative use of the space. However to protect the integrity of the building, some considerations and restrictions will be enforced.
The Waters Edge Event Center has a full-service, state-of-the-art kitchen that staffs a personal chef to accommodate all of your catering needs. However, if you choose to use a licensed outside vendor, an $800 outside catering fee will apply, and use of linens, tableware, glassware, silverware, banquet tables could then be rented back, if so desired. Under Idaho law, ALL outside alcoholic beverages of ANY kind are NOT permitted on the premises.
Yes. However, rehearsal times are subject to availability and not arranged until 45 days prior to your event.
Yes, we have a full bar. You have the option to host some of the spirits, all of them, or none of them. There is no minimum requirement on bar purchases.
The Waters Edge Event Center has basic audio and video equipment to meet your event needs. The center has a surround sound system throughout the entire facility including the restrooms, which allows you to direct your guests as needed. There are some additional costs involved with certain options.
The polished industrial cement floor throughout the building is maintained for such occasions, so no additional flooring is needed.
Yes, the building is air conditioned and we have staff at each event who monitor the temperature to suit everyone's needs.
