Waters Edge offers a state of the art kitchen with 2 personal chefs that can accommodate your individual and group requests. We have a general menu and a seasonal menu that meets a variety of tastes and special requests can all be accommodated.
Because we are not a restaurant, our chef plans every 2-3 months a tasting of various select entrees, appetizers, and a salad of his choosing. He pairs these with wines. This gives you a flavor for how he cooks, and seasons his food. See our GM on next tasting available.
