My husband and I had a perfect wedding day at the Water's Edge. The women in our bridal party spent all afternoon together in the bridal suite getting ready. The GM, Ben, was there for our every need and was so accommodating with everything we asked. There were a couple of minor issues with the dressing room (the lighting is not great for makeup application, FYI) but overall it was really a great space.
During our event, the staff was exceptional. Many of my guests commented on how friendly and professional everyone was. We chose to pay for wine and beer and had a cash bar for cocktails, and it turned out great, and was still affordable for us.
Great food, from the bar snacks (try the bacon popcorn!) to the meal. We chose a casual fare not from the menu, and the chef was able to make what we requested and the portions were ample and appreciated! They sent all the leftovers home and we snacked on it for a couple more days!
We had about 150 people and I was a bit nervous about fitting everyone in, but with our table set up, there was plenty of room in the large ballroom.
We are so glad we chose the Water's Edge.
